Reserve a seat at no obligation. A request holds your seats for seven days, or until the state deadline for that class if that comes first. If your organization pays directly, the hold is seven days, or until the class begins if that comes first.
You will be asked for the number of seats, how your organization will pay, your name, your work email and your organization.
Payment, cancellations and changes
I invoice when the state approves your application, or when you confirm if you are paying directly. Payment is due by the first meeting.
If the state does not approve your application, you owe nothing and your seats are released.
Cancel a seat at least 7 days before the first meeting and you owe nothing for it.
Inside 7 days, the seat is charged in full.
You can give a seat to another employee of your organization before the first meeting, if your state grant allows it. Tell me the new name.
If someone misses a meeting, they can make it up at the same meeting of a later class when a seat is open.
If I have to cancel or move a class, you choose a full refund or seats in another class.
