Course description
A live course for managers, program staff and administrative employees. You learn to prepare the organizational context an AI tool needs for a task, and to keep out what must not be shared. You work on a standardized fictional nonprofit case. No real donor, client or personnel records are used, and class time does not include consulting on your own systems.
What you leave with
- A context document about your organization, built and tested in class. You give it to the AI at the start of a task instead of explaining yourself each time.
- A source register: where each fact came from, its date, and what is still unresolved.
- A checklist for what may go into an AI tool and what stays in restricted systems.
- The habit of checking a draft against its sources before it goes out, practiced on two tasks and assessed on a third.
